the swan hotel is such a characterful place with 15th century vibes. the location is spot on, really close to the river and shops. staff were super friendly and let us check out late which was awesome. our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The food was really good! we had some good fish and chips and a lovely full english breakfast too.
only bummer was that the place could really use a bit of redecorating, and there was a bit of noise from next door too.

I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the delightful full English breakfast each morning. The peaceful garden and cozy bar provided nice spots to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall charm. 🌼

Unique local charm, Proximity to the River Avon, Characterful rooms with individual features
The bathroom fixtures need attention!!! The outdated furniture detracts from the overall experience!!! Better maintenance could elevate the stay!!! Communication about amenities could be clearer!!!
